Stage 4 of 4Reactivate

How much work is sitting in the customers you already have?

You already paid to win these customers once. Most local businesses never contact them again. This stage brings them back with campaigns, reminders, and offers, and turns the happiest of them into referrals and reviews.

  1. 01Attract
  2. 02Capture
  3. 03Nurture
  4. 04Reactivate

And it loops. Happy customers leave the reviews that get you found.

What Reactivate being missing costs you

Without this, you buy every customer once and never find out what they were really worth.

How you'll know it's working

Jobs booked from your existing list, revenue per customer over time.

What Reactivate includes

Your past customer list is the cheapest work you will ever win. We turn it into booked jobs, month after month.

Past customer campaigns

Text and email campaigns to the list you already own, the fastest work in the system.

Ongoing

Win-back offers

Targeted offers for customers who drifted, built around why they stopped.

Ongoing

Service-due reminders

Automatic reminders when work comes due again, so repeat jobs book themselves.

Build + ongoing

Referral asks

A referral request at the moment a customer is happiest, not months later.

Ongoing

Reviews from past customers

Reviews from the customers who already love you, which lifts the Attract stage.

Ongoing

Reactivate questions, answered

What if my customer list is just a spreadsheet?

That is completely normal, and it is enough to start. Part of the build is getting that list into a CRM properly so it can be segmented and used. A messy list is still an asset.

Is this stage included, or is it extra later?

It is part of the system. Discovery looks at all four stages, and reactivation often comes online early precisely because it produces booked work faster than anything else we can build.
